Due to covid-19 we will not be accepting product returns, but we will offer a full refund for the product. However, you will not receive refunds for shipping cost. If your return was due to error on our end, we will resend your correct product(s) within 3-5 business days. If you are not pleased with a color shade we offer a 10% discount to get a new color 

Thanks for your order! Orders ordered after 3pm on the same day will be shipped the following day. Shipping, once received by the mail carrier should take 3-5 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me at lauchaun@gmail.com. 

Why is my shipping taking longer than the 3-5 business days? 

As you know, covid-19 has slowed down the US Postal Services and other carriers ability to deliver on time. Kayla Khloe Cosmetics will do their part to get you your product to the mail carrier on time so that your product can get to you on time. If you wish to receive your product in a timely manner, we highly recommend ordering before 3pm on the same day to secure that you will receive your product(s) on time.
